Project Replicant Redesign

As Project Replicant (https://walkerdev.itch.io/project-replicant) goes out of Alpha and enters Beta, a lot of changes to the UI's coming! I designed all these and have a few more to handle! Update coming around the end of August!

I've been doing a complete rehaul of the backend for a proper Replicant backend release! This required me to do some code between Python and C# but by the end it'll support​
GGUF based LLMs (of course)
Text, audio, sound and video input/output
An online directory for sharing Arhua-Sys (LLM personality files)
Being used with external games (Fallout 4 and Cyberpunk 2077 are the first two getting done a little after release)
Being used with internal games (Chess, checkers, things running directly in Project Replicant)
